Positive: Rancho Eden is a paradise for people who love animals and nature. The grounds were exceptionally well maintained and the views were amazing. It was far enough away from the main road to be very quiet but close enough to walk in a few minutes. The food was spectacular. Room service from the restaurant was five stars. Every entree was delicious and well prepared. The staff went above and beyond at every opportunity. Waking up and seeing the mountains emerge from the clouds as the sun rose was majestic.

Negative: There wasn't anything I didn't like about the facility.

Positive: Excellent facilities . Comfortable rooms with beautiful view.

Negative: Room service (restaurant is far away and any food or drink to the hotel or rooms take too much time) We had to change the room after one day because of an error of the receptionist. But the room we received was also very comfortable.

Summary: Hotel in the middle of a farm with beautiful view and excellent facilities. Nearby restaurant is very good.

Positive: Room was nice and cozy. Location is nice.

Negative: 1. There is no restaurant on site. To eat, you need to walk 300 meters to the Rancho Eden restaurant through the entry road, which at night is difficult as there isn’t good lighting. 2. The body soap bottle in the shower was empty and water pressure is low. 3. We were woken up by the cows and horses. 4. Service was just okay.
